Cancellation Policy

We totally get it - life happens! 💕 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can keep the beauty vibes flowing and offer your spot to another client. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for all no-call, no-shows. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may also be subject to a fee. Please arrive on time — if you’re 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or canceled at the aesthetician’s discretion to stay on schedule. If your service can’t be completed due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and fees will apply. 💳 Deposits: All appointments booked online require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a late arrival, late cancellation, or no-show.
